Bergen Community College Men’s Wrestling Secures 25–21 Victory Over Camden County
Paramus, N.J. — The Bergen Community College men's wrestling team earned a hard-fought 25–21 win over Camden County College, highlighted by several dominant performances across the lineup. The victory marks another strong outing for the Bulldogs as they continue to build momentum midway through the season.
Bergen opened the dual with energy and intensity, setting the tone early at 149 lbs, where Paul Mielke delivered a decisive pin, giving the Bulldogs an immediate boost.
The middle weights provided crucial separation for Bergen. At 174 lbs, Alex Gossin secured a win by forfeit, followed by another forfeit victory at 184 lbs from Ayden Patchin, pushing Bergen ahead on the scoreboard.
In one of the night's most technically sound performances, 197-lb wrestler Kai Argyros controlled his match from start to finish, earning a 6–0 decision to extend Bergen's lead.
Closing out the dual in dominant fashion, heavyweight Diego Camargo (285 lbs) overwhelmed his opponent with a commanding 10–0 major decision, sealing the Bulldogs' team victory.
