Bio
Pablo Robledo brings over two decades of baseball coaching experience and player development expertise to the Bergen Community College baseball program. A seasoned instructor and respected leader, Robledo has built a reputation for cultivating disciplined, competitive teams and preparing athletes to excel at the next level.
Before joining Bergen in 2025, Robledo served as an assistant coach at the University of Mount Saint Vincent, where he helped guide the Dolphins to a program-record 26-win season and their first conference tournament victory since 2011. During his tenure, the program produced its first-ever ABCA and D3baseball.com All-American, multiple all-region selections, and two Regional Rookies of the Year. Known for his strategic acumen and energetic coaching style, Robledo served as the team’s third base coach, contributing to an offense that generated more than 250 runs in the 2023 season.
Robledo also spent eight seasons as an assistant coach at Dominican University of New York, where he played a pivotal role in capturing two CACC Championships. His tenure emphasized defensive fundamentals, conditioning, and the development of infield play, helping sustain one of the region’s most successful Division II programs.
In addition to his collegiate experience, Robledo has made a significant impact in youth and travel baseball. As Head Coach and Instructor for Trugo16 Athletics (formerly Cadets Player Development Academy), he led the 14U Five Star Metro NY/NJ travel team to multiple tournament finals, including runner-up finishes at the Diamond Nation World Series and the USABL Tournament. His work with the Youth Development Program has helped mold young athletes into competitive, high-IQ ballplayers ready for the next stage.
A standout player himself, Robledo was a two-year starter and All-Conference selection at Dominican University of New York, where he won two conference championships and was later inducted into the Dominican University Athletics Hall of Fame as part of the celebrated 1988 team—recognized as the “Team of the Decade.”
Robledo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Dominican University of New York. His leadership philosophy centers on accountability, fundamentals, and fostering a love for the game—values that continue to define his coaching career and inspire his players on and off the field.
