Congrats to the Men's Cross Country Team, Conner McGillick (top 10), Aneudy Nunez (top 20), Porfirio Olivas, Daniel Silver, Isaiah Peller, Ellis Marte, Ryan Reyes, Thomas Concannon, & Daniel Zelaya.
Paramus, NJ – Bergen Community College's Men's Cross Country Team won the Region XIX Championship Meet on Sunday, October 25th hosted by Essex County College. The team finished in first place for the first time since 2013. It is the fourth time in BCC history the team had achieved the top position in the Region XIX Tournament.
Congrats to Second year Head Coach, Deana Dedovitch, who was a former multi-sport student-athlete at BCC. Coach Dedovitch worked hard with the team to improve times after every regular season meet. The most impressive thing about this year's championship team is that they did not have a medalist. The team worked hard to get the most of the runners they had with strong team work and a plan that they followed to a tee.
Congrats to the Men's Cross Country Team, Conner McGillick (top 10) from Saddle Brook, Aneudy Coronado-Nunez (top 10) from Hackensack, Porfirio Olivas (Garfield) (top 20), Daniel Silver (Fair Lawn), Isaiah Peller (Englewood), Ellis Marte (Lodi), Ryan Reyes (Bergenfield), Thomas Concannon (Rutherford), & Daniel Zelaya (Union City).
The Bulldogs now prepare to go to the NJCAA National Men's Cross Country Tournament in Holyoke, MA. Go Bulldogs!!!
