Men win Luzerne Invitational
Men's Cross Country team win the Luzerne Invitational
Paramus, NJ - Bergen Community Colleges Men's Cross Country Team looks as thought they are looking to start where they left off last year after winning the Luzerne Invitational on Sept 30th. The team swept the top three individual spots of all the DIII schools.
The team was led by Thomas Lotito who ran a 28:22 and won the DIII race by being the top runner. Lotito was followed by sophomore, Christopher Loughman, who finished the race in 2nd place with time of 28:23. Malhar Vyas who finished in third place with a time of 29:03. Andy Jaipersaud finished in 5th place with a time of 29:50 and Richard Wisse finished in 7th place to clinch the Luzerne Invitational championship.
The team will now travel to the St. Joe's Invitational on Saturday, October 14.
