Steeplechase Champion

Paramus, NJ -  Women's Track & Field has it's first champion at the 2018 NJCAA National Outdoor Track & Field Tournament.  Sophomore, Justine Conca (Nutley, NJ), wins her first national championship in the Steeplechase event.  Justine finished with a time of 12:43.2 and was 23 seconds ahead of the second place runner, Michalina Szelazek, from Trition College.  Congrats to Justine for winning her first championship ring and earning First Team All-American.  She also earned Coaches All-American by finishing in third place in the 10,000m race.
