Byfield Buzzer Beater Propels Bulldogs To Victory over Rival Passaic

PARAMUS, NJ- Bergen guard Michael Byfield scored a career-high 33^rd and most important three points of the game as he sunk a buzzer-beater three-pointer to send the Bulldogs to a 78-77 victory over regional rival Passaic.   

IMPACT PLAYERS

• Michael Byfield connected on 13-of-25 shots overall and went 5-of-13 from downtown.  He led all scorers with 33 points.    
• Ladorien Ladson once again recorded a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds
• Manuel Torres was the only other Bulldog in double digits with 10 pounds. He also recorded 11 rebounds.

GAME NOTES

• This is the sixth straight game Michael Byfield has scored in double digits.
• There were 11 lead changes throughout the game. 
• Bergen trailed by nine points with 3:29 left in the game
• The Bulldogs held Passaic to five points down the stretch (final 3 minutes)
• Bergen's only lead in the second half came on Byfield's buzzer-beater
